Gift boxes with character
Events, brand activations, creator gifts: let's design a custom gift box together!
Every concept starts with a word, a phrase, a punctuation mark.
che tipo! designs and creates handcrafted gift boxes for events, brand activations, and creator gifts. We decide the format together: a single box, a keepsake case, a layered kit where each level reveals something new. Size, structure, materials — everything follows the concept, not the other way around.
Inside there could be a word, a keychain, a typographic sculpture. Ink pads, accessories, tools to print. Or something that doesn't exist yet — and that we build together, starting from the available type.
We work with event agencies and managers, companies and brands that want to give something real, made by hand — in small batches, with a story inside.

che tipo! powered by Hostinger
A collaboration across two continents!
The first che tipo! gift box was born with Hostinger, for the Hostinger Connect events — an international partner community event where the company meets the creators who collaborate with the brand from all over the world.
We called the concept AltText: analog identity for a digital creator. Your name, your mark, set in historic movable type. An analog object for someone who lives in the digital world.
For the occasion, che tipo!'s classic round tin box evolved into a rectangular layered gift box: each creator's name set in Linea Nera type (Milan, 1966-69) and turned into a stamp; underneath, a card with the kit contents, instructions, and space to hand-print; at the bottom, two Tsukineko VersaColor ink pads, a magic sponge and cleaner. A one-of-a-kind box to keep, use, display.
Milan > Sicily > United States!
In Catania, on 4 March 2026, che tipo! was there in person to hand the gift boxes to the Hostinger Award recipients and present the project to Europe/LATAM creators: Romuald Fons, Niklas Steenfatt, Julian Ivanov, Torben Platzer, Dr. Firas, Renaud Varoqueaux, Julien Morthier, Julien Dumas, Luis R. Silva, Andres Garza, Markethax, Rubén Gallardo, Andrea Ciraolo and X2Marco.
The following week, more print kits crossed the ocean — for a second Hostinger Connect event in the United States, landing in the hands of Wes McDowell, Ferdy, Nate Herk, Santrel Media, Create a Pro Website, Charlie Chang, We are No Code, Stacy LA, Creative Hive, Dreams of Code, Journey with the Hintons, Roberto Blake, Tech with Tim, David Ondrej and My Wife Quit Her Job.
