These Terms govern the use of chetipo.com and the purchase of goods occasionally sold by the website owner, Egidia Cassinese, with registered office at Via Piero Martinetti 28/A – Milano (MI), Italy, email: ciao@chetipo.com
These are occasional sales of used goods between private individuals, not organised as an ongoing commercial activity.
1. Scope and products
The website allows users to purchase:
sets of metal printing type;
related objects such as keychains or other accessories;
any graphic products or digital materials offered on the website.
All items for sale are handmade and creative objects made from original lead type and may show small differences or imperfections, which are part of their aesthetic value and authenticity.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations in colour or finish do not constitute grounds for a return.
2. Purchase requirements
No mandatory registration is required.
Orders must be completed using the payment methods available on the website (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay).
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping details.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made through the systems available on the website.
Any additional fees charged by payment providers are borne by the user.
4. Delivery and shipping
Physical goods purchased are shipped throughout Italy within 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping cost is €4.99 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the user at the time of order via the chosen courier; tracking will be provided.
The website owner is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal
As these are used goods and occasional sales between private individuals, the right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code for contracts between a professional trader and a consumer does not apply.
No returns or refunds are offered.
Any support requests or complaints regarding defects must be sent by email to ciao@chetipo.com and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranty
Professional warranties typical of ongoing commercial activities do not apply.
The owner undertakes to provide goods that match the description published on the website.
7. Intellectual property and graphic content
All content on the website, including texts, images, type sets, graphics, designs and digital materials, is the exclusive property of the owner or suppliers.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Users do not acquire any ownership rights over graphic or digital content purchased, except the right to personal use of the physical or digital goods purchased.
8. Liability
The website is provided "as is"; the owner does not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors or interruptions.
The owner shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, website malfunctions or shipping delays caused by third parties.

Users accept that data required for purchase and invoicing are processed in accordance with the methods described in these policies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For consumer users, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence.
For non-consumer users, the competent court is that of Milan.
