When will I receive my order?

We ship in 3–5 business days with tracked delivery. You’ll get an email with the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Can I pick up my order in Milan?

Yes! If you're in Milan, you can message us for direct purchase and local pickup. You can also find a selection of products at our local retailer listed here.

How much is shipping?

€4.99 within Italy. € 10.99 per the rest of Europe.

Can I get a discount?

You’ll receive a 10% discount on your next purchase when you buy any of our products. Follow us on Instagram for seasonal promos and limited-time codes!

Can I return an item?

No. Since these are second-hand goods sold on an occasional basis, the right of withdrawal (standard for new products) does not apply.

Why are the letters backward?

Old-school letterpress printing required words to be set in reverse, so they’d appear correctly once pressed onto paper... just like stamps!

Is every piece different?

Yes. These are authentic letterpress types salvaged from historic printshops, not reproductions. Every piece varies in patina, wear, and history. It's impossible to have two identical items.

How do custom orders work?

Tell us what you're looking for here (a word, a phrase, a letter for a keychain, or a manual print). We’ll check our inventory and get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. Lead time: 7-10 business days.

How do I use them as stamps?

Press the metal type onto an ink pad and then onto paper, fabric, or wood. Standard stamp ink works, but for a more vivid and lasting effect, we recommend Tsukineko pads or similar professional inks.

What happens when you run out of letters?

We are constantly hunting for discarded types. If you know someone closing an old print shop or a collector looking to sell, put us in touch!

Do you ship abroad?

Currently, we ship within Italy and Europe. If you're in Milan, message us for local pickup to save on shipping costs.
